Mr. Saki Tsoi is the Group Resourcing Director (Asia) of A.S. Watson Group. Established in Hong Kong in 1841, A.S. Tony has spent 17 years working in a range of operational HR, Change Management and consultancy roles in New Zealand, the U.K. and Hong Kong. For the past 4 years he has been working for the Swire Group and currently leads the Talent Acquisition function for Cathay Pacific as well as leading on other OD initiatives.
He is currently leading a programme of work to create a signature candidate experience at Cathay Pacific - and to ensure talent acquisition and talent community management strategies are in place in what is an increasingly competitive global war for aviation talent.
With almost 30 years of professional human resources experience with global and regional organisations across different industries, Mateen’s expertise are in the areas of HR Operational Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Performance Management, Leadership & People Development and Change Management.
Having worked in Singapore, South East Asia and South Asia and currently based in Hong Kong, Mateen is the Senior Vice President & Head of Human Resources for DHL Express. As a key member of the DHL Express Asia Pacific, Management Board, Mateen’s key responsibilities includes contributing to regional strategy and to drive HR strategies that positions HR as a strategic business partner adding value and building an organization culture which contributes to achieving business results and to provide HR services to support the business’s growth strategy.
Mateen has also consulted and delivered projects in the areas of leadership and people development setting up a framework and putting together processes for building organization capabilities for sustainable growth.

Sharon Cheng has over 20 years of experience in human resources management in the hospitality industry. Her professional background includes a wide range of projects related to organisational changes, talent development and retention, compensation and benefits design, quality assurance, design, implementation and execution.
Sharon is responsible for establishing, implementing and evaluating global human resources, Quality and Sustainability strategies, policies, systems and programmes for Langham Hospitality Group.
Vivian Lui has extensive human resources experiences in Luxury Retail industry for 13 years. She has worked with multinational corporations and has been involved in the areas of recruiting, performance management, employee’s benefits and compensation. She has successfully devised, develop and executed policies and procedures, compliance and acquisition due diligence activities for companies that resulted in cost savings and increased productivity. Her leadership role has given her the opportunity to recognize strong candidates required for successful implementation of corporate strategies in many occasions. She continues to strive for excellence by reviewing, revising and executing human resource policies to recruit and retain the right talents.
Bianca Wong has been in the human resources field for more than 13 years. As Group HR and Corporate Communications Director, she is responsible for the overall strategy and programmes related to human resources across all Business Units within Jebsen. She supports the Group’s growth strategy in Greater China with the full spectrum of HR initiatives on effective recruitment, ensuring the leadership pipeline, engaging employees to achieve excellence as well as preparing them for career development. She also leads and oversees the Group’s Corporate Communications strategy, including but not limited to Group’s public relations efforts, branding, crisis management and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programmes across the Greater China region, to promote and cultivate a credible Jebsen brand and uphold its reputation.
Prior to joining Jebsen, she worked for FedEx as Managing Director, Human Resource Services for North Asia, responsible for all HR functions for the region, as well as overseeing the HR process and system design for the Asia Pacific division. She was based in Tokyo, Japan prior to returning to Hong Kong in 2009.
She holds a Master of Science degree from University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Pennsylvania in the US.
Outside of work, she is member of a singing group, Brio, and enjoys watching a variety of movies.
Connie has over twenty years of professional experience in HR field with several multi-national companies and regional scope of responsibilities. She enjoys wide and different business and industrial exposure. Prior to Samsonite’s appointment as the regional head of HR, she held key HR position in retail, sourcing, oil and HR consulting companies. Connie has a track record of executive hiring and selection, leading M&A HR related integration, managing HR/business partnership for organizational changes and new business setup, corporate HR communication strategies, employee engagement and talent management, counseling and coaching for all levels.
Connie is also a trained counselor and provides individual and family counseling, child play therapy at a non-profit organization during her personal time.
Turning a challenge into a passion, Giorgio stumbled upon talent acquisition by chance and hasn’t looked back ever since. Having worked in Italy, the Netherlands and Hong Kong, Giorgio possesses a broad range of experience in agency recruitment, headhunting and corporate recruitment. After a successful stint at Philips HQ in Amsterdam where he was named Best Recruiter, he relocated to Hong Kong to assist Infiniti Global HQ in organizing its talent acquisition efforts. Presently, Giorgio leads recruitment for H&M Global Production across 22 offices in 3 continents. Overseeing talent acquisition operations for a growing population of almost 3,000, his focuses lie within the company’s expansion and spreading awareness of H&M’s talent brand in both local and global markets.
A passionate HR leader and seasoned learning & development professional, Collin was known for his strong business sense & results-driven management style, his passion in developing people, and for his track records in supporting top management in making major organization changes effectively and efficiently. Born in 1971, Collin landed his career in several renowned multinationals as their HR leaders & head of HR department, such as Serco Group, Polo Ralph Lauren, and FANCL currently as their Regional Head of Human Resources & Administration in the Asia Pacific region. Collin received his graduate & post graduate education from top tier tertiary institutes such as Stanford University, University of South Australia and Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.
Florence has 20 years of human resources management experience with global and regional responsibility for start-up and well established multinational organizations. Florence is currently Vice President, Human Resoruces for Li & Fung Limited as global HR lead for one of the operating groups. She partners closely with business leaders to ensure talent strategies are in place to drive organizational and leadership development for building high performing teams. She has taken on additional responsibility as global lead of Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise accountable for the full talent acquisition life cycle from branding to candidate onboarding experience, from process innovation to data analytics supporting better quality of hire, for all operating groups across 40 countries of the company.
Connie Chan has over 13 years experience in HR management, talent acquisition and consulting in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific. She has made outstanding accomplishments in change management, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness and workforce management in leading technology companies and investment bank. She currently heads up Yahoo Human Resources for Hong Kong, Korea and Japan.
She enjoys leading CSR events and working closely with employees to make the company the best places to work. In 2015, Yahoo Hong Kong is awarded – The Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2015!
Onis Wong is Head of Regional Recruitment, Asia Pacific of BASF, a position she assumed in July 2015. Onis is responsible for the company’s recruitment, employer branding and HR marketing strategies for Asia. She also takes lead in streamlining key recruitment processes and driving best practice across Asia.
Onis has more than 20 years’ experience in talent acquisition and executive search. Prior to joining BASF, Onis worked as a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead at Danaher Communications Group, where she was part of the Centre-of-Excellence HR organization managing strategic hiring of middle to senior management level positions in Asia.
Onis received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry at the University of Hong Kong. After earning her OneMBA (global Executive MBA) from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, she obtained a graduate certificate in executive and professional coaching from University of Texas at Dallas, United States.
