Accountemps的最新調查發現,93%受訪者同意訂立目標是檢討工作表現非常重要的一環,但更有趣的是老闆與員工討論工作進展的頻密度。

調查訪問了超過1,000名美國員工,發現過半數(51%)受訪者每個月都會與主管檢討進度,有11%則從來沒有匯報過進度。

情況在不同性別之間亦存在差異:在至少每個月都會與主管討論工作目標的員工中,男性(60%)比女性(40%)多。此外,17%的女性從未提出過討論工作目標,而男性則只有5%。

總括來說,大多數員工(26%)會每個月做一次進度檢討,而每週做一次的亦有25%。
